الإساءة الجنسية من قبل القائمين بالرعاية الصحية تجاه المريضات

        يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على طبيعة السياق الاجتماعي المصاحب للإساءة الجنسية من قبل القائمين بالرعاية الصحية تجاه المريضات الإناث، والتعرف على أنماط هذه الإساءة، وأسباب حدوثها، ورد فعل المريضات الإناث تجاه الإساءة. وينتمى هذا البحث إلى الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، وتمثلت عينة البحث فى النساء اللاتي تعرضن لأحد أشکال إساءة المعاملة من قبل القائمين بالرعاية الصحية، وذلک باستخدام أسلوب کرة الثلج، واعتمد البحث على دليل المقابلة لجمع البيانات. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن بعض الأطباء يستغلون ضعف المريضات ومرضهن، ويقومون بفعل الإساءة بهن، وتمثل رد فعل حالات البحث مع الطبيب المسيء جنسيا إليهن فى نمطين هما: رد الفعل الإيجابي، ورد الفعل السلبى. واتخذ رد الفعل الإيجابي عدة أشکال هى "الصراخ والتوبيخ والانفعال، الضرب، تهديد القائم بالرعاية بالفضيحة، النشر على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي". أما رد الفعل السلبي فمن مبرراته "الخوف من الفضيحة والعار، لوم الضحية، ضعف الشخصية، الخوف من الطبيب". کما أوصى البحث بضرورة تفعيل دور وسائل الإعلام ودور الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في زيادة حملات التوعية المتعلقة بمواجهة التحرش الجنسى، ووضع القوانين الصارمة تجاه القائم بالإساءة الجنسية.
This study outlines the context of sexual abuse practiced by the health care providers against their female patients. The study seeks to identify the patterns, the reasons, and the reactions of female patients towards the abuse. This is a descriptive-analytical study on a snowball sample representing women exposed to some form of abuse by health care providers. An interview guide was used to collect the data. The study concluded that some doctors take advantage of the weakness of patients and their disease. Abused women reacted either positively or negatively. The positive reaction took many forms, such as "shouting, hitting, threatening the caregiver with a scandal, posting on social media platforms." The negative reaction was justified by "fear of scandal and shame, blaming the victim, weakness of personality, fear of the doctor." The research recommends activating the role of the media and the social workers by launching awareness campaigns and formulating strict laws against sexual abuse of female patients on the hands of health care providers.
