القضايا والاتجاهات النظرية والمنهجية المعاصرة فى الانتاج البحثى لعلم اجتماع الجريمة

المستخلص

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى محاولة رصد حجم الاهتمام بالقضايا البحثية المطروحة فى بعض المجلات على المستوى المحلى والعالمى فى مجال علم اجتماع الجريمة ، وتحديدها وتصنيفها ، والتعرف على أهم الاتجاهات النظرية والمنهجية المعاصرة فى الانتاج البحثى لعلم اجتماع الجريمة ، وأخيرا تقديم رؤية نقدية للدراسات والأبحاث المحلية والعالمية فى مجال علم اجتماع الجريمة . وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفى التحليلي باستخدام طريقة تحليل المضمون الكمى لبعض الأبحاث والدراسات المتخصصة فى علم اجتماع الجريمة والمنشورة على المستويين المحلى والعالمى وهى : (رسائل الماجستير والدكتوراه فى بعض الجامعات المصرية -المجلة الجنائية القومية – المجلة البريطانية لعلم احتماع الجريمة). وقد بلغ عدد الأبحاث والدراسات المحلية والعالمية المنشورة (567) بحث فى الفترة الزمنية من (2019-2023). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج ، من أبرزها : أظهرت الدراسات والأبحاث المحلية والعالمية فى مجال علم اجتماع الجريمة إلماماً وافياً بدراسة ظاهرة الجريمة من عدة أبعاد (موضوعات علم اجتماع الجريمة –وتوزيعها – وأنماط الجريمة –وتحليلها ) ، كما تعددت التفسيرات النظرية والمنهجية التى اعتمدت عليها الأبحاث والدراسات المحلية والعالمية فى تفسير الجريمة .
